while running the concurent manager it will create some out files right.?
in our server two out files was creating with 58GB

I am an Oracle DBA/Developer for the last 10 years in USA. I am currently working with one of the ERP products similar to Oracle Financials, but very less robust. I am very interested in getting into Oracle APPS DBA line. I would like to get some boot camp training in India and get to work on one or two projects and start applying for jobs in USA. Can any one reccomend good boot camp training institutes in India? Also, I would like to work on Oracle 10g RAC on VMWARE machine learning Oracle APPS DBA materials. That is ultimately waste and in the same If once you complete your oracle functionals or oracle database they never think about your carrier and they always think about Money my better advice is go to some learn oracle in some other insitutes

they are not requiting the php candidates ,they asking for java .net and oracle like that,so i decide to change my platfrorm to other,
